Reserve N seats
Choose how many seats your group needs and lock them on your preferred departure date. The rest of the seats stay open for individual or other group bookings.
Shareable payment link
One booking creates one shareable link. Send it to your crew. Each person pays their own deposit and instalment directly. No chasing transfers. No spreadsheet.
8th guest free mechanic
Book 7 paying seats on the same departure date and the 8th seat is on Gen Z Safari. The organiser assigns the free seat. No vouchers, no codes.
Split or combined payment
Each person can pay their own way: deposit first, then monthly instalments. Or one person can pay for the group upfront and chase the others on their own timeline.
Referral credits
For every new traveller your group brings to a future departure, you earn R500 travel credit. Credits stack and apply to your next booking.
Flexible date changes
Move your departure date up to 45 days before the trip without penalty. Per-person date swaps are available subject to availability.

Common group questions.
How many people do we need to book a full departure?
Departures run with 2-10 people. Solo seats are matched into shared departures. If your group is 10+, get in touch for a private departure option.
Can different people in the group pay at different times?
Yes. Each person in the group pays their deposit and instalments independently via their own payment link. You don't have to synchronise.
Does the 8th-free mechanic apply to both trips?
Yes. Book 7 paying seats on The Escape or The Ultimate on the same departure date and the 8th is free. The 8th person must be confirmed at least 30 days before departure.
What if someone in our group needs to cancel?
The cancellation policy allows a full refund of the deposit if cancelled more than 90 days prior. Between 45-90 days: deposit forfeited, trip cost refunded. Within 45 days: no refund, but the seat can be transferred.
